Balsamic Crock-Pot Roast

Per 2 lbs of beef roast, combine:

1 cup beef broth or water
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
3 minced garlic cloves

Pour over roast in Crock-Pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
