1/4 cup raw honey
1/2 cup dry milk
3 TBSP wheat germ
Combine ingredients well. Roll into a log, wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap, and chill. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve. (Or, scoop into small balls using a melon baller and chill.)
Especially delicious with an apple!
