Simple Pickled Garlic
Fill a pint jar with raw,
peeled garlic. Combine 1 cup white vinegar and 1 TBSP salt and pour over garlic
until covered. (More liquid may be needed; just use the same vinegar : salt
ratio.) Refrigerate for at least one week.
