1 1/2 cup olive oil
Toast seeds at 350˚ for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Cool for 20 minutes. Process in food processor (a blender might work) for 2 minutes, gradually adding olive oil.
Store in fridge for up to 3 months.
