2 cups evaporated cane juice
1/2 cup baking cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup kefir or buttermilk
1 cup coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
1 cup hot water
1 tsp real vanilla
Combine flour, ECJ, cocoa, soda and salt. Combine kefir, oil, and eggs. Blend the two mixtures together, then add the water and vanilla. Stir well and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350˚ for 40 minutes.
