Lamb Meatballs

2 lbs ground lamb
1 finely diced onion
2 TBSP dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp dried mint
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients and form into 24 balls. Bake at 375˚ for 30 minutes.

Perfect served with Roasted Vegetable Couscous.
