1/2 onion, chopped
16 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 cups no-salt chicken broth
1 cup wild rice
1 tsp salt
Saute the onion and mushrooms in butter. Bring broth to a boil in a separate saucepan, then add sauteed onions and mushrooms, rice, and salt. Stir well, then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.
